FENERBAHÇE OPET WINS THE 13TH CHAMPIONS CUP

Fenerbahçe Opet Women's Volleyball Team became the champion of the 2022-2023 season in the Spor Toto Women's Champions Cup, which was held for the first time in the 2008-2009 season.
 
Our Women's Volleyball Team, which faced VakıfBank in the 13th Spor Toto Champions Cup match at Burhan Felek Vestel Volleyball Hall and brought this trophy to our museum three times before in 2009, 2010 and 2015 as the team eliminated its opponent at the end of sets of 25-23, 25-21 and 25-21 with 3-0 and won this cup for the 4th time.
 
Our team’s player Arina Fedorovtseva was awarded as the MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the match by Mehmet Akif Üstündağ, President of the Turkish Volleyball Federation.
 
Mr. Üstündağ handed over the championship trophy to the Yellow Angels as their medals were given by Prof. Dr. Burhanettin Hacıcaferoğlu, Istanbul Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Ministry, and Ahmet Göksu, Vice President for Leagues of the Turkish Volleyball Federation. Our President Ali Koç and our Board Members Burak Çağlan Kızılhan, Simla Türker Bayazıt and İlker Dinçay also took part in the trophy ceremony.
 
Our President Ali Koç, our Secretary-General Burak Çağlan Kızılhan, our Board Members Simla Türker Bayazıt and İlker Dinçay, as well as former Minister of Internal Affairs Abdülkadir Aksu, Turkish Volleyball Federation President Mehmet Akif Üstündağ and Istanbul Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Ministry Prof. Dr. Burhanettin Hacıcaferoğlu followed the event.
