In accordance with the TFF rules, the children who will be a match day mascot must be between the ages of 6-12 and have a maximum height of 145 cm. In European matches, it is obligatory for children to be between the ages of 7-9 and a maximum height of 135 cm in accordance with UEFA rules.

The Football Match Day Mascot Package is 10,000 TL for Spor Toto Super League and Ziraat Turkish Cup matches, and 15,000 TL for European matches and derbies.

A total of 2 match tickets will be provided by us from Fenerium Lower Tribune H Block for your child who will be a match day mascot and you, his esteemed parent. Both your child and you must have an active Passolig membership with Fenerbahçe logo. Passolig membership is valid for children aged 7 and over. For children under the age of 7, only a seat reserved ticket will not be defined.

While your child will have a unique experience that he will not forget for a lifetime, he will also wear the Fenerbahçe team jersey set that we will present to him as a youngest fan, go out on the field with his favorite players and experience the enthusiasm of singing our National Anthem all together. In addition, you can join our Stadium and Museum Tour, which we will present to you with your child on a day you wish during the season, and you can explore our glorious history by visiting our stadium and museum.

Children who will be a match day mascot are received from the Protocol gate one and a half hours before the match for the preparation of the ceremony, and after the ceremony is completed, they are brought to the seats reserved for them and their parents in the stands by our staff and delivered to their parents.

Before the ceremony, your children will be given our team uniform set and they will be provided to wear them for being a match day mascot. It is kindly requested not to wear crampons as shoes and to prefer sneakers. Our children, who will be a match day mascot in cold weather conditions, can wear a plain white long-sleeved t-shirt and plain white pantyhose or tights. Any color, pattern or logo other than white that will appear under the jersey is not allowed in accordance with TFF rules.

After the ceremony is completed, our children, who will be taken from the side of the field, will be handed over to them by our officials in the stands where their parents are.

Parents who bring their children for being a match day mascot are not allowed to be admitted to the mascot preparation area. Our parents can wait in the seats reserved for them in our Fenerium Lower Tribune.

If your child has a physical disability that does not allow him to walk and meet his basic needs (food, toilet, dressing, etc.), being a match day mascot is not appropriate. Our children with a mild disability who can perform the normal activities of daily life and our visually or hearing impaired children can be a match day mascot.

You can cancel being a match day mascot by informing us 48 hours before the match day. If the cancellation notice is not given, the fee will not be refunded and there will be no right to be a match day mascot.

If you notify us with the test result 24 hours or more before the match, your application of being a match day mascot will be canceled and your fee will be refunded. Your right to be a match day mascot will be canceled in the shortest time before the match, but the fee will not be refunded.

Maça 24 saat ve daha uzun bir süre kala durumu bize test sonucu ile bildirmeniz halinde seremoni katılımınız iptal edilir ve ücret iadeniz yapılır. Maça daha kısa süre kala yapılan bilgilendirmede seremoni katılım hakkınız iptal edilir ancak ücret iadesi yapılmaz.
